Terms of service

1.     Overview. This store is operated by Nubis, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 91269938, VAT NL004878923B17). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2.     Products. All Flight Tag products are custom-made to order. We make every effort to display colours and products accurately, but actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of custom PMS colour matching. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

3.     Orders & acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm acceptance of your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable or there’s an error in pricing or product description. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.

4.     Pricing & payment. Prices are shown in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our payment provider. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes on orders outside the EU (see Shipping Policy).

5.     Custom orders & approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the specifications you provide (text, colours, PMS codes, quantities). Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded except where the product is defective or not as ordered (see Return & Refund Policy).

6.     Intellectual property. If you supply artwork, logos, or text for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7.     Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8.     Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
