Refund policy
Custom-made products — no right of return
Every Flight Tag is produced to order and made to your specifications, including your chosen colours (custom PMS matching), text, and finish. Because each item is personalised and made specifically for you, it cannot be resold to another customer.
For this reason, and in line with Dutch and EU consumer law — under which the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code / Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83) — custom Flight Tag orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Please double-check your order carefully before confirming: spelling, colours (PMS codes), quantities, and shipping address.
If something is wrong with your order
Your statutory rights remain fully protected. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (for example, the wrong colour or text was produced versus what you ordered), we will put it right at no cost to you. We will repair, replace, or refund the affected items.
To make a claim, contact us at hello@nubis.marketing within 14 days of delivery, and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item(s) and, if relevant, the packaging
We’ll respond within 5 business days and arrange the next steps. If a return of the defective item is required, we’ll cover return shipping.
Cancellations
Because production starts quickly, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. To cancel, email hello@nubis.marketing within this window, quoting your order number. After this 1-hour period, production has begun and the order can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
Refund processing
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of our approval of the claim. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear.
