Where we ship
We ship Flight Tag orders worldwide from the Netherlands.
Processing time
Because every order is custom-made, please allow 15-20 business days for production before your order is dispatched. We’ll email you a tracking number once it’s on its way. Larger or bulk custom orders may take longer — we’ll confirm an estimate at the time of order.
Carrier and delivery times
Orders are sent via DHL and UPS. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• Netherlands: 2 business days (on top of 15-20 business days for production)
• Rest of EU: 2-5 business days (on top of 15-20 business days for production)
• Rest of world: 2-10 business days (on top of 15-20 business days for production)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; they may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, and local conditions.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Customs, duties & import taxes (orders outside the EU)
For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
Incorrect addresses & failed delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, any re-shipping costs will be charged to you.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, contact us at hello@nubis.marketing and we’ll help trace it with DHL and/or UPS.
